The Baudin

  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. honey syrup*
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 ½ oz. bourbon

Add ingredients to a shaker, shake, and strain into a glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
* Honey syrup can be made by dissolving 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water
